Shipping policy

We deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as Leopard, TCS, and M&P.
Delivery time is typically 4–5 working days in Pakistan and 10-12 working days for international orders
Delivery time may vary depending on the type of clothing.
Regular wear (e.g., kurtas, shirts, trousers): 5–7 business days.
Formal or custom attire (e.g., Sherwin's, Prince Coats, tailored suits): 10–15 business days.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for Karachi Customers
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with your tracking number.

We currently offer international delivery to selected countries.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Delivery times vary between 10–12 working days depending on the country.
Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please ensure your delivery details (address, phone number, etc.) are accurate to avoid delays.
Once shipped, orders cannot be redirected to another address.

For pre-order or made-to-measure products, estimated delivery time will be mentioned on the product page.
In case of delay, our support team will notify you via WhatsApp, call, or email.

In rare cases of lost or damaged shipments, please contact our customer care within 48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and resolve the issue with our courier partners.
